Definition:  When the term JustLadies Travel Club and/or JLTC is used, it is referring to the Travel Club, the travel club partners, Joanne Letcher and Margaret Westbrook, and J & L Travel.
Responsibility: JustLadies Travel Club is not responsible for any delays of transportation which may cause trip participant to miss any events of the package. The suppliers who are providing services are independent contractors and are not principals, agents, employees, master, servants, representative, partners or joint ventures of JLTC. JLTC assumes no responsibility nor any liability in connection with the services of any of these suppliers including, train, vessel, carriage, aircraft or other conveyance or hotel which is used, either wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers, neither will they be responsible for any act, error or omission or for any injury, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, Government restrictions or regulations, Act of God, or any other reason whatsoever. JLTC reserves the right to terminate the trip participation of any person who is abusive of others or whose behavior disrupts the operation of the trip. JLTC is not responsible or liable for any costs or losses incurred due to removal from a trip due to inappropriate conduct or behavior. JLTC reserves the right to accept or reject any trip participant. JLTC cannot provide individual assistance to trip participant for wheelchairs, walking, dining or other personal needs. Any condition or disability requiring special attention must be reported to JLTC at the time of booking and we will advise hotels, airlines, cruise lines and other providers of service of any special requests although they cannot be guaranteed. Persons needing such assistance must be accompanied by an able companion who will assist them provided they pay the full cost of the trip. In the event that any trip or portion of a trip is cancelled due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be made and participants will be responsible for alternate accommodations and/or travel arrangements. Additional expenses or fare revisions, if any, shall be borne by the traveler.
Package Price:  Each trip lists the items of the trip that are included in the package price. Items not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the trip participant. Package price is not guaranteed until paid in full. JLTC reserves the right to recover from you increases imposed by the supplier(s) due to, but not limited to, fuel surcharge, currency exchange rate fluctuation, charges or levies imposed by any government or its agencies.
Credit Card Payments:  When payment is made for a trip with a credit card, the traveler and their assigns, agree not to charge back any bank charges against his/her credit card for products and services rendered by JLTC and received by traveler.
Substitutions:  JLTC reserves the right to substitute hotels, along with land, sea and air transportation, and to alter the itinerary. JLTC reserves the right to cancel any trip if the required minimum number of trip participants is not met and to refund the deposit money paid.
Vaccinations:  It is the responsibility of the trip participant to have all necessary and/or required vaccinations, immunizations, and medications and documentation therof required for entry into any country visited.
Denied Entry:  No refunds will be given if a trip participant is denied entry/exit to/from any country, building, event or any other venue.  Expenses incurred due to denied entry is the sole responsibility of the trip participant.
Cancellation:  The cancellation policy for each trip is explained on the trip’s itinerary.
